Your user account is the Contact ID that gets
emailed to you when you register your domain name.
You can use the Contact ID and password to edit
any information associated with your domain name(s)
by logging in to the domain management panel at
nameworks.bz. You can also enter your Contact
ID and Password into the domain management access
panel located on the top right corner of the homepage.

What is
Domain Management Panel? |

The Domain Management Panel allows you to edit
information that associates to your domain name
such as contact information, name server information
and domain services configurations. You can also
renew, delete and transfer your domain name.

How do
I change my contact information? |
| Answer: |
To change your contact information, you need
to first login to the Domain Management Panel,
where you can view a list of your domain names.
Then click on the different icons associated with
your domain names to edit your domain's owner,
administrative, technical or billing contact information.
Once you have changed the information of a contact,
all domains associated to this contact will be
updated automatically.

I change my name server information? |

First log into the Domain Management Panel where
you can view a list of your domain names, click
on the "Modify Name Servers" icon to edit you
name server information. You can change the name
of the servers and their IP addresses. Once you
have changed the information of a name server,
all domains associated to this name server will
be updated automatically.

First log into the Domain Management Panel where
you can view a list of your domain names, click
on the "Configure and Add Domain Services" tab
to change/subscribe/unsubscribe Domain Parking
or manage Domain Forwarding services.

First log into the Domain Management Panel where
you can view a list of your domain names, click
on the "Renew" icon to renew your domain name(s).
You can select the term of your renewal(s) before
proceeding to payment.

I transfer my domain name to another registrant?

| Answer: |
You can transfer the ownership of your domain
registration to anyone who is eligible to register
the domain. Log into the Domain Management Panel
where you can view a list of your domain names,
simply click on the "Transfer Ownership" icon
and fill out the contact info of the new owner.
You must be the owner or the administrative contact
of the domain to initiate a request of ownership
transfer.
